New single and video ‘Shorin-zu Byobu’ is out now as part of the Bigo & Twigetti Compilation ‘Perceptions Vol. 6’… listen HERE.
Shōrin-zu Byōbu is a composition & meditation on the 16th century Japanese painting of the same name by Hasegawa Tōhaku. The composition explores the concept of ‘Ma’ (negative space), where emptiness is equally balanced with the figurative. The piece is a delicate reflection on a timeless aesthetic practice, carrying emotional intensity & fragile purity in equal measure.
